I was hesitant to buy it at first but I'm super happy I did! After only 1 full cycle I'm pregnant! And I'm praying that this time it will stick.
After my first miscarriage I tracked almost a year with test strips and tried to track my CM manually but all these tests and apps gave me a later fertile window (+7 days) than Kegg. So, apparently I always missed my window with these apps.

My husband and I decided to start trying for a baby in April 2024. He was 39 at the time and I was turning 34. I am usually slightly irregular (28-34 cycle days) and with the help of Kegg, I was able to see the trends of my cycle. It helped me pinpoint my fertile window and seeing the decreases in my window, I was able to know exactly when to try, unlike other apps where it was very far off my fertile window. I got pregnant within one month of using Kegg, highly highly recommend.

Our fertility specialist said it would be hard to conceive naturally. Been using Kegg 2.5 cycles. Trying for a year. We can’t believe it!
The How: Using Kegg, BBT tracking, patience and lots of vitamins. I did get Inito a few weeks ago but never needed it. We think what made the biggest difference/change (in addition to Kegg) was our lifestyle changes - no drinking, no caffeine, mostly Mediterranean diet, NO SUGAR!!, 4 days of walking/3 days strength training weekly.
Advice that helped me: Push to see a fertility specialist vs your OBGYN if you aren’t satisfied with your situation. The Kegg community is everything.
