I am almost 38 and my husband and I were trying to conceive for the past seven months. We have four other children, so “it can’t be that hard, right?”. Well, month after month with a “not pregnant” sign on the pregnancy test, was so heartbreaking. I had resigned myself to the fact that maybe we were done. I had bought and used the LH ovulation kits, fertility supplements, and countless test. I came across Kegg on Pinterest—and thought—“with a 12 month, money back guarantee—they must be confident with their product.” I bought it—we used it for this past month. Lo and behold, I just found out I am pregnant!!!! I am praising God for this sweet blessing of a babe, and also for His gift to me in Kegg! I was very excited to try kegg, as I have struggled to conceive for quite a long time. Both my partner and myself thought that this was a logical next step in the process, however very reluctant as it is very pricey. We placed our order in the beginning of March and have yet to receive my Kegg. I have not had any communication with the company and can not find a phone number to call and ask for a update. At this moment I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product as the customer service side of the company is not well layed out and the product doesn’t arrive as expected. I have sent several inquiries threw there websites and have not gotten anything back.

At first I was really skeptical about trying because this was something that came across my Facebook page. We have used the PreMom app for over a year and I was not having any luck at all using LH strips and it was just draining me emotionally as well as physically and I gave up and that is when the Kegg advertisement came across my Facebook feed and after already reading some reviews I thought why not and then do away with the PreMom app. I then learned to keep tract of my BBT readings along with Kegg. At first I was using Kegg at night at my usual unwind time and ended up switching early morning readings since it worked out better for me. So, then I came across another app called Femometer and that is what made me better at tracking my BBT readings and understanding my temperature drops and rises. So with both apps in hand we are finally happy to announce that on our 10th cycle with Kegg and Femometer for our BBT readings we are expecting our first baby in July of 2024! Words cannot express how thrilled we are for this miracle, because it made us cancel our Fertility appointment with a Fertility Specialist on our next move.

Maybe I should have done more research, but this is not going to work for me the way I want it to. I planned to use this as a birth control method but if it can’t tell me when I’m actually ovulating, there’s no point. Also, I recently gave birth and have not had my period since. The app won’t let me input my true last period date because it’s more than 90 days ago. I couldn’t move on without inputing something so I just had to put in a random which it will now use to calculate my fertility - so it’s going to be inaccurate. This feels like a very pointless device. Of course people get pregnant if you tell them they *could be* fertile every couple of weeks. I wish I could get a refund because I don’t see a point in using this.
