Experience shared by a happy patients

How it works?
By purchasing the $150 fertility evaluation and assessment, you will have the possibility to book an initial consultation with Dr. Levy or someone from his team. You will meet with a Fertility doctor for a 1:1 conversation from the privacy of your home to review your medical history and discuss treatment options.
Are there any other costs associated with this?
After your initial consultation with the doctor, you should be able to get a pretty good idea of what to expect in terms of costs and expenses. The doctor might require you to go through some lab tests. This primarily depends on your medical history, any prior evaluation, and the recommendations from your physicians after your initial consultation. This costs might be up to $460 but this really depends on your history.
What if I decide to go through the treatment plan?
Your personalized treatment plan includes hormone level monitoring tests, (including shipping and handling) prescription medication, and doctor unlimited doctor follow-ups. It typically takes 3-6 months to become pregnant.
Can I use Dr. Levy’s findings to start a conversation with my GP?
Yes, you can do that. It’s up to you and joining a plan with Dr. Levy should be your own decision.
