I had a really great experience working with Dr. Levy's through Fertility Cloud. I've been trying to conceive for 4 cycles and learned thanks to kegg that my luteal phase is only 9 days long. Kegg also helped me see that my fertile window is happening days later than I thought! My OBGYN told me I could not do additional testing until we had been trying to conceive for one year. I wasn't comfortable ignoring an obvious problem so I decided to see Dr. Levy right from my home. Scheduling was easy and Dr. Levy was able to see my kegg charts. He was so kind, attentive, informed, and reassuring that I wasn't crazy. I appreciated that I received a detailed plan for my follow-up which included the testing and costs. Whenever I had a question he quickly responded and addressed my questions thoroughly. I feel very confident with his plan and I am so grateful I have both kegg and Dr. Levy supporting me while I am TTC!

By purchasing the $150 fertility evaluation and assessment, you will have the possibility to book an initial consultation with Dr. Levy or someone from his team. You will meet with a Fertility doctor for a 1:1 conversation from the privacy of your home to review your medical history and discuss treatment options.

After your initial consultation with the doctor, you should be able to get a pretty good idea of what to expect in terms of costs and expenses. The doctor might require you to go through some lab tests. This primarily depends on your medical history, any prior evaluation, and the recommendations from your physicians after your initial consultation. This costs might be up to $460 but this really depends on your history.

Your personalized treatment plan includes hormone level monitoring tests, (including shipping and handling) prescription medication, and doctor unlimited doctor follow-ups. It typically takes 3-6 months to become pregnant.

Yes, you can do that. It’s up to you and joining a plan with Dr. Levy should be your own decision.

What to expect from Fertility Cloud

STEP 1
Schedule Consultation
Your journey begins with a consultation with a board-certified fertility specialist through a privacy-compliant telemedicine portal or on the phone. Our staff connect with you to set up your fertility consultation.
STEP 2
Review Information
Once you schedule your consultation, our team will provide you an electronic link to your consent forms.
STEP 3
Consultation
During your consultation, our doctors will obtain a medical history and review any relevant medical records. To maximize your success, provide a full and accurate history in your consultation.
STEP 4
Recommendation
After your consultation, our doctors will recommend either further evaluation or a course of treatment. If you need additional evaluation, you will receive a blood collection kit that will arrive at your residence in 3-5 days. Your doctor will have your results 7-10 days after you return the kit. Our team will contact you to schedule a follow-up appointment.

If our team determines you are a good candidate for empiric treatment, your Fertility Cloud doctor will discuss the procedure with you. You will receive an email with a summary of your visit with further instructions.
STEP 5
Treatment
If you move forward with empiric treatment, your doctor will order medications and insemination kits to be mailed directly to your home. Our team will give you explicit instructions for your treatment.
STEP 6
Follow Up
You will have monthly follow-up consultations with your fertility doctor.

Your treatment plan typically lasts until you become pregnant or up to six months. When you become pregnant, Fertility Cloud will refer you to your healthcare professional for your pregnancy care. If we determine more intensive care for your fertility is necessary than Fertility Cloud provides, Fertility Cloud will refer you to a local fertility clinic for additional treatment.
